Silhouette Instalift™-Facelift Without Surgery.
Do you look in the mirror and put your hands on both sides of your face or neck to lift loose skin and lessen deep wrinkles/fine lines to see what the earlier version of you looked like? If you answered yes, then Silhouette Instalift may be an ideal solution for you.
Instalift
What
is Instalift?
Using a Micro-Suspension Technology ™, Suneva’s Instalift can instantly lift aging, mid-facial skin, sagging cheeks, deep nasolabial folds or horizontal neck wrinkles with one in-office treatment. This procedure also activates your natural collagen production to boost volume over time for up to 2 years. Imagine how wonderful it could be to leave one appointment with a more youthful, natural appearance without surgery or fillers or prolonged downtime.
Suneva’s Instalift can instantly lift aging, mid-facial skin, sagging cheeks,
deep nasolabial folds or horizontal neck wrinkles

How Do I Know if I Am A Good Instalift Candidate?
People with very thin skin or skin that doesn’t move are not good Instalift candidates. If the skin can move easily, is saggy at rest or has deep, etched lines, then you’re likely to be a good candidate. If you can’t afford the time or money to do facial surgery or are opposed to surgery as a viable skin tightening longer term solution, then Instalift may be the right interim non-surgical facelift treatment choice for you.

How Many Threads Will I Need?
An Instalift consultation with your practitioner will determine the number of threads to achieve the desired outcome. You’ll leave the consultation with a guaranteed combined price quote which includes the number of threads, injectable local anesthetic and the practitioner’s time.
How Long Does Instalift Procedure Take?
Instalift is done in our medical practice by a certified trained RN or Physician. The procedure usually takes 1-2 hours depending how many Instalift threads are administered.

What Can I Expect Post Procedure?
Patients can expect minimal to downtime with minor bruising, swelling and tenderness which typically subsides in less than a week. Patients should anticipate leaving with some transient dimpling or pleating formation in the treated area for a few days which goes away when the skin relaxes. I advise my patients to apply cold compresses immediately after procedure. Be sure to wrap ice to avoid direct contact with skin and insertion points. If there is post procedure discomfort, acetaminophen may be taken in case of pain for 2-3 days. It is best to refrain applying make-up for at least the first week post procedure. Cover-up tinted foundational make-up may be gently applied after 24 hours. To reduce swelling or disruption to the threads, my patients are asked to sleep face-up, elevated on pillows for 3-5 nights. For optimized results, I recommend my patients avoid:
- Rubbing face aggressively when washing, shaving, and drying face for 5 days.
- Excessive neck and facial movements for 2 weeks.
- Participating in high impact sports for 2 weeks.
- Exposure to direct sunlight and UV light for 2 weeks.
- Use of saunas for 3 weeks.
- Dental surgery for 3 weeks; and
- Facial or face-down massages and facial aesthetic treatments for 4 weeks.
How Long Does Instalift™ Threads Last?
The natural looking tightening and lifting appearance of Instalift lasts about 18 months to 2 years based on clinical studies. This doesn’t mean you wake up one day and your sagging skin is back to where it was prior to thread insertion but you can expect to see increased signs of aging between 12-18 months.

Can I Still Have Instalift If I Had Facial Fillers?
Since Instalift stimulates your natural collagen over time, many patients decide to wait on temporary or permanent fillers to see if they still need it. However, if the person has had fillers, having an Instalift procedure is not usually a contraindication.
What Are Instalift Contraindications?
Any known allergy or foreign-body sensitivities to plastic biomaterial would be a contraindication. Instalift would be contraindicated if the person has an infection or any situation where internal fixation would be contraindicated. A third contraindication would be very thin skin tissue on the face where the threads could be potentially be palpable or visible.
What Is The Cost of Instalift?
Most medical practitioners charge per Silhouette thread. Instalift cost is typically between $450-$550 per thread depending on local market conditions. Many providers will discount large thread volume if inserted at the same appointment-always worth asking😊.
